    • Pasture-raised, moved daily to fresh grass, fed organic local grain, no antibiotics, no hormones

  4. Pickup on Processing Day Only (July - August)

    • Birds are sold fresh, not frozen and must be picked up the day of processing

    • You’ll be emailed the processing date once it’s scheduled
